Where possible, we provide your tenants with written information on our services prior to commencing works so they are fully aware of what is being brought into their home and how we undertake our services.
In most circumstances, we do not spray products inside the property, so there is no need for tenants to move or cover their things up.
If mould is required to be removed from walls, we do ask tenants to, as practicable, paintings and so on are removed from the walls and placed in a safe location prior to us arriving. If this it is not possible we simply sort it out on the day.
What do you do when a tenant informs you about mould in a property?
Our objective is to resolve all forms of mould ingress within rental properties quickly and professionally with minimum disruption to tenants.
At all times we maintain professional and timely communications that includes you the property manager, tenants and property owners if needed.
Our end objective is to resolve the mould ingress and then leave tenants with a 750ml spray bottle of our product “Mr Mould” along with the knowledge required to maintain a mould free property!

Keep a fresh clean lifestyle
After we have completed the approved mould removal work within the property, as appropriate, we leave the tenants with a spray bottle of the Essential Shield product we have used, Mr Mould.
If mould does happen to pop its head up in other locations / surfaces within the property in the future, tenants can simply nip it in the bud “as soon as it appears” by spraying the product on a damp cloth and then wiping over the mould effected surfaces.
